We provide fully trained Chefs to do the cooking on site ( At your venue).

We supply serving utensils, serving table with table cloth for the serving table as well as chaffing dishes with gel.

CATERING SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

This contract will only be in affect once we have received your proof of 50% deposit payment.  The deposit will secure your function date.

The balance payments are to be received the day prior to the function.

Please note that you and your guests must adhere to the eating time, as per your booking arrangements.

All the above menu's include: plates, cutlery & CROCKERY, serving tables with linen, salt & pepper, serviettes

All our preparation is done in our Restaurant. All salads, veggies & meats are prepared by our qualified staff.

Items will be collected on the same day after the funtion or event.

For collection of items the following day, a collection Fee will apply.

There will be an additional fee for any shortages or damaged items.

 

Please ensure that there is somebody available to check items when we deliver and collect items.

 

Cancellations

In the event of the cancellation of your scheduled event within thirty day's of your booking date, your deposit will be returned-less a 25% handling charge. After thirty day's from booking date- Your entire deposit is non-refundable.

If booking date occurs within thirty days of your event, your deposit is non-refundable.

 In the event of the cancellation occurring within seven days of your booked event, you will be liable for the entire event balance.

 

Pricing

To guarantee function, 50% of the anticipated total cost is required at time of booking (unless other arrangements have been made in advance). Remaining Balance is to be paid five (5) days prior to the date of function, (unless other arrangements have been made in advance & in writing).

Additional charges will be incurred when an event time exceeds the scheduled time, additional meal service personnel, or any other goods /services.
Client can perform any alterations/revisions to said contract up and until five (5) days prior to event. Final head count for private events is due and must be conveyed to our office five (5) days prior to function.

 

 

Corporate clients have until five (5) days prior to corporate function for forward attendance. This number is considered your minimum guarantee attendance and cannot be lowered after that date. We will accept any increase in guarantee number until 5 days prior to event.

 

NOTE THAT ALL MEAT PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO MARKET INCREASES AND CAN CHANGE AT ANY STAGE WITHOUT NOTICE
